FIRE Planner Pro ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our financial planning tools and calculators.

The short version: we do not store or share the financial data you enter into our calculators. Everything you enter stays on your device. Our use of analytics and any future advertising is described below.

Local-Only Processing

All calculations on FIRE Planner Pro run entirely within your browser. Your inputs — income, expenses, portfolio values, and any other financial data — are never transmitted to our servers or any third party. They exist only in your browser's memory while you use the tool.

When you close the page or refresh your browser, any data you entered is discarded unless you explicitly choose to save it locally using the app's export features.

No Accounts or Registration

FIRE Planner Pro does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or register in any way. There is no login system and no user profiles.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser type. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the site. It is not used to personally identify you.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Contact Form

If you use our contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to FormSubmit, a third-party form handling service, which forwards the message to our team. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond forwarding the message.

Advertising

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings and Google Ads Settings (signed-in). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

Data You Choose to Export

Some calculators offer export features that let you download your data as a file. These downloads happen entirely on your device — the file is generated locally and saved to your computer. We have no access to exported files.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Since we do not collect contact information, we are unable to notify you directly of changes.

Cookies & Local Storage

FIRE Planner Pro does not require cookies for core functionality. Some calculators may use your browser's localStorage to remember preferences, saved scenarios, theme selection, or other settings. This information remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Our hosting provider may automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and basic server logs required for security and reliable operation of the website.

Children's Privacy

FIRE Planner Pro is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Your Privacy Rights
